After sharing my Instant Noodles Carbonara-style recipe last week, I tried using Kimchi instant noodles this time and it tasted waaaaay better! I think the spiciness and sourish of the kimchi goes very well with the creaminess of the noodles. And because of the milk, it was NOT spicy at all - even Ale loved it! Go try ok? 😁
